Airpedic warranty explained

Airpedic currently publishes a 20-year limited mattress warranty, with proration after the initial non-prorated years and separate coverage details for the air-pump control unit.

The headline term is not the whole story

The manufacturer states that the mattress and/or foundation are covered for defects for 20 years, with a prorated contribution schedule after year two. The air-pump control unit is published with a 10-year warranty schedule, also prorated after year two.

Original purchaser and proof matter

The current terms state that the warranty is for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Exclusions matter

The published warranty excludes various forms of accidental damage, improper installation/moving and other conditions.

Read the current schedule

Prorated warranties can require the owner to contribute a percentage of MSRP as years pass.
