Airpedic sleep trial and returns explained
Airpedic currently publishes a 120-night limited mattress trial for eligible direct purchases, but it includes important conditions that shoppers should understand before buying.
Minimum-use period
The current terms require the mattress to be kept and used for at least 30 nights before an eligible return.
Comfort enhancement requirement
The manufacturer currently requires participation in at least one comfort enhancement during the trial before a return can qualify.
Not every product is included
The published terms exclude accessories, foundations, power bases, frames, furniture, bedding and certain other items from the mattress trial.
Return freight matters
The current policy states that return freight costs are non-refundable and can be deducted from the final refund.
Verify before ordering
Policies can change, and eligibility can depend on where and how the mattress was purchased.
Sources & product verification
Mattress specifications, prices and policies can change. Manufacturer pages are used for current product facts; manufacturer comparisons are treated as marketing claims, not independent test results.
